1.1“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us” – Easy Parent.
1.2“Products” – the downloadable parenting guides, ebooks, and digital resources offered on the website.
1.3“Services” – any additional coaching, support, or communication provided in connection with the Products, including email or messaging support.
1.4“Site” – the website https://easyparent.in owned and operated by Easy Parent.
1.5“Working Day” – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Uttar Pradesh.
By clicking “Buy Now,” accessing any Product, or submitting your information, you:
(a) confirm you are at least 18 years old, and
(b) agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
3.1 All Products are digital downloads (eBooks, guides, PDFs) delivered instantly or within 24 hours of purchase via email or secure download link.
3.2 No physical products are shipped.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Payments are securely processed via the integrated payment gateways on the Site. We do not store your payment credentials.
6.1 Due to the digital nature of the Products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

6.3 Any refund requests will be considered only if the Product is not delivered within 7 working days of purchase confirmation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Parent’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Products.
You agree to indemnify and hold Easy Parent harmless against any claims or damages resulting from your misuse of the Products or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably first; if unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Easy Parent is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest shall remain effective.
