Refund Policy

Refund Policy: Since Easy Parent Products are digital, we generally do not provide refunds. However, in certain genuine cases where the customer demonstrates serious concern, we may consider the following:

1. General Conditions

Our goal is to support your parenting journey with our guides and resources. If you are not satisfied with your results, we offer refunds under specific conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Followed Guide Steps: You must have sincerely followed the steps and recommendations in our guide.
  • Effort to Implement: If, despite following the guide for a minimum of 30 days, you feel the Product did not help, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Proof of Effort: To request a refund, provide detailed information about the steps you took along with any relevant photos, notes, or documentation demonstrating your efforts.
  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Our team will review your submission to assess eligibility. We may request additional information or clarification.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited automatically to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Refunds will not be granted if the guide was not followed properly or if insufficient evidence is provided.
  • Sale items and any digital products already downloaded or accessed are not eligible for refunds.
